Storyline

Satya, an MBBS graduate, accepts a position as a doctor at a government hospital and moves to Kurnool with his mother and sister Nithya. Additionally, Satya finds out about Guru, a vicious mobster whose business has been producing deadly saline and is connected to the medical mafia. Three children pass away as a result in the hospital, but the police ignore this because they are terrified of Guru's crimes. Satya files a complaint against the Guru after gathering enough proof against him. When Guru finds out, he hangs Satya after beating him up at the Konda Reddy Fort. But Dr. Robert, the dean of his hospital, saves Satya, and he departs the city with Nithya and his mother.

Two years later, Satya goes to Kurnool in his capacity as the city's DSP, and he fights the Guru and his troops there. When Satya finds out that Dr. Robert passed away in an accident, he begins to think that Guru had something to do with it. When Satya excavates Robert's tomb to retrieve his remains after receiving authorization to re-autopsy him, he discovers another body within. Satya learns from Guru that he killed Robert after the latter assisted Satya in leaving the city earlier. In addition, Guru says that Rahim was slain by him in order to hide the evidence against him. The following day, Guru runs for office, but Satya arrests him after discovering a flash drive on which information regarding Guru's illicit activities was discovered.

The plan to strangle Satya's neck by Guru's wife Swarna is thwarted when Satya's RJ girlfriend "Whistle" Mahalakshmi gets caught in the thread and suffers a serious cut to her throat while pursuing him. When Satya checks her into the hospital, he finds out that Guru has been let out of jail. Satya summons Guru back to the Konda Reddy Fort for a decisive battle, supported by his mother. Following a fierce struggle between the two, Satya murders Guru and hangs him in the same manner as the last Guru.
